We are a passionate, neurodivergent-affirming practice looking for collaborators who share our vision!

We're seeking volunteers, paid (where possible), and low-cost contributors in several areas:

• Therapists interested in neurodivergent-affirming practice
• Researchers to help develop evidence-based resources
• Grant writers to help secure funding opportunities
• Administrative support (remote/flexible)
• AI/tech enthusiasts to help improve practice
• Social media and marketing
• Designers for resources and materials
• CPD/training developers for professionals

This is currently primarily a labour of love – we're building something important together as we establish our practice. Depending on your role and our resources, we can offer:

• Volunteer positions 
• Being part of a supportive neurodivergent community
• Professional networking opportunities
• A chance to directly impact and improve neurodivergent support
• Potential for additional paid roles as we grow
